Dream Summer Holiday destinations

Hello,

Welcome back to another post. I hope you are all well. Hasn’t the weather changed, I miss my warm morning wake ups. As I am writing this, I’m sat in bed with a large cup of tea, snuggled under my blanket watching the autumn sun rise.

I don’t think I’m quite ready to let go of summer. It’s been a very turbulent year for me but one thing that’s been a constant state of happiness was the summer period. I want it back!

I’ve decided that because I’m not ready to let go of the heat, the poolside hangouts, the beach trips and so much more, I will write a post and cling to the very last moments I have. So here just 4 of my dream summer destinations.

My dream summer holiday destinations

Bora Bora – French Polynesia

If you know me personally or you have followed me for a period of time, you would know that visiting Bora Bora is an ultimate dream for me period. While it’s a long flight (2 change overs and a lot of airtime) it’s a place I’d like to visit at least once.

Maui – Hawaii

Hawaii in general has been a dream summer destination for me since I was little, I think I saw a film that was based there and ever since then I had my heart set on visiting. Visiting Maui has become more of a recent one, partly because of Moana but also because I’ve been looking into it a lot more and I’ve found that it holds a lot of things that I love; beaches, gorgeous views, hike trails, the opportunity to see humpback whales migrating (during the winter months).

Bali – Indonesia

Bali is another destination that I’ve dreamt about ever since I found out about travelling the world, the only thing that’s putting me off slightly is how perfect the Instagramers make it look! While I want beautiful beaches, the gorgeous sea, amazing scenery, I also want the ruggedness too. Does that make sense?

Dubai – United Arab Emirates

Dubai seems to be the new home to just about every influencer ever! While I definitely do not have plans to go out there and make a life for myself, I want to visit and see what all the fuss is about. While the shopping trips sound like expensive fun, I’m more looking for the nightlife here.

Where would your dream summer vacation be?

Thank you for reading today’s post, be sure to leave all of your recommendations below so I can add them to my forever growing list.

I’ll see you all next week.

Until then,

Stay safe.
